County Individual 2016 - Results
Congratulations go to Jonathan Bradshaw, scoring an impressive 60%+ over 38 boards, 2 boards each partnering every other player. The event was held on Sunday 12th March at Dry Drayton Village Hall. Over the last two years the hall has benefited from over £50K of improvements, and proved to be a popular venue. Attached are scorecard details. (Hands will be posted when made available.) Many thanks to David Collier, organiser of the event, and Mike Clydesdale venue organiser. If you have feedback on the County Individual Event, whether you played in it this year or not, please do contact the organisers via Contact. |
East Anglian Bridge Weekend 2016
Hi [Cambs & Hunts], I've
made a very small change to the EABW entry form. In previous years
players have been confounded by the one-way system in Ipswich and unable
to locate the free carpark adjacent to the UCS building where the event
is held. This year I included the postcode of the carpark in the notes
on the back of the entry form, and now I've added the same information
on the front of the form (in case people don't read to the end). The latest version is attached. Perhaps you could post this latest version on the website, and promote the event amongst your members as usual. Best regards, Jeff Jeff Orton Chairman Suffolk CBA |

With eight boards to go, the final was all-square, and they won 8-4 in the final stanza. Full results here. |
