A Teams tournament for non-expert players (NGS 9 or below) who are interested in seeing how they like organised tournament play and keen to extend their knowledge and experience in a friendly and relaxed competition.

Anybody who has already collected some Master Points must be below the rank of Master, 5,000 points.

The event was formerly known as the Novice Teams competition.
